Our Bayside Specialist

“How can I help you?”

It is a simple question that should always initially be asked by an agent. However, after 20 years of experience within the real estate industry, Director Sam Paynter admits it is a question that isn’t asked enough, if at all.

Sam prides himself on being a vendor’s agent and having been both a vendor and a buyer himself personally, he understands the importance of listening; listening to what his client wants, needs and expects from both sides of the sale.

Most of all though?

Pulling from his two decades of experience, he’s not afraid to provide critical advice when needed in order to realistically guide and advise a client in the right direction.

He has sold the same home three times between three different families, a testament to his authentic approach to service and a clear example of how he prioritises loyalty.

Sam is a dedicated family man, a third-generation Bayside resident and is heavily involved in the Brighton community (you’ll find him every weekend post-swim with the Icebergers enjoying a coffee at the Royal Brighton Yacht Club!). It is a lifestyle that he lives for and works every day to help others achieve the same.

Away from property, Sam showed his sheer drive, commitment and dedication by being the 159th Australian to complete the grueling 33-kilometre swim across the English Channel in 2016 in 14 hours and 34 minutes. When out of the water, he is an engaging keynote speaker and author – yes, he squeezes every hour out of the day and knows what it takes to “Go The Extra Mile”.

Please don’t hesitate to contact Sam to have a chat about your property goals, big or small.
